I work at the intersection of evidence, evaluation and decision-making, with a particular interest in how institutions assess complex systems and make consequential choices under uncertainty.
My work began in program evaluation and social impact assessment, then expanded into institutional capacity, public-sector decision-making, digital transformation and applied research.
